By your forties, health advice is everywhere, yet the more you read the harder it is to tell what is true and where to begin. CLUB120 selects knowledge that is verifiable, easy to read, and practical to follow, so you can start caring for yourself while you are still strong, instead of waiting for illness to remind you.
Mission
Reduce NCD risk with a life system people can sustain
CLUB120 began with Earth and the Health Coach team, who saw people over 40 wanting to stay strong for decades yet unsure which information to trust. We set out to build a library that speaks plainly, cites its sources, and respects the real lives of people with work, family, and limited time.
Our focus is healthspan, the years when your body stays strong and fully capable, not merely a long lifespan. So we bring together food, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, and risk-based health checks.
